
Student Services
Student Services assist students with all student administrative needs and can direct student enquiries to the appropriate staff or department for other enquiries.
Student Services are available Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (AEST/AEDT). Staff are not available on weekends and public holidays.

So that the full Student Services team have access to all incoming enquiries CHS requests that students lodge online enquiries using the CHS Student Hub Enquiry Form instead of sending emails to the Student Services email address.

After-hours emergency contact information
Where a critical incident occurs outside standard business hours, students and staff must first contact emergency services on 000 where there is an immediate risk to life, safety or property, or where urgent police, ambulance or fire services are required.
For critical incidents occurring after hours at any one of our campuses, the designated emergency after-hours contact is: Ms Lena Shifrina 0420 309 633.
This after-hours emergency contact number is for critical incidents and urgent safety-related matters only. It should not be used for general administrative, academic or student support enquiries, including matters such as enrolment, timetable changes, fees, Confirmation of Enrolment requests, assessment questions or other non-urgent requests.
For non-urgent matters, students should contact the student support staff during standard business hours or submit an enquiry through the usual student channels.

How to lodge an Online Enquiry

When lodging an Online Enquiry, students need to enter their Student Identification number and their name. You will find your Student ID number displayed on your CoE, it will also be displayed at the top of emails sent to you by Student Services.

Select your enquiry type from the drop down menu, if you are unsure what to select or have a enquiry that isn't listed, select Other.

Ask any questions you may have by completing the description of enquiry field. If you have any documents or screen captures that will help the Student Services team to best respond to your enquiry, please upload them to your enquiry form.

If you do not receive an email confirming the successful submission of your enquiry within 15 minutes, you may have entered your Student Id number incorrectly. In that case, students should check their Student ID carefully and lodge a new enquiry. Students who are Onshore can contact the Student Services team by telephone to request an update to the right number.
