Result Release Information
Release of Grades Process
Final marks and grades are generally released within four weeks from the end of a study period. Results release dates are published on the Academic Calendar available via the College website. All grades must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Examiners.as outlined in the Award of Grades Policy prior publishing and release.

Following the Board of Examiners meeting, several administrative processes must take place before results can be released. Once complete, Student Services provides notification of the publication of results via email. Students who successfully complete their final units require course completion approval from the Academic Board before completion letters can be generated and issued. These processes are designed to safeguard the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of student marks and grades prior to official release and confirmation of course completion.
Early Release of Grades/Results
We understand that some students may approach the expiry of their visa as they complete their course and might request an early release of grades/results to support a further visa application, or perhaps an application for higher based studies.
The College can support an Early Release of Results a little earlier than the published result release date if a student has demonstrated exceptional circumstances. Requests for an Early Release of Results must be supported by appropriate supporting documentation. As there is a significant amount of administration involved, applications require payment of a $50 administration fee. Approval is not guaranteed.

The Early Release of Results application is available for students who can demonstrate significant disadvantage or detriment as a consequence of waiting until the official result publication date for the below reasons:
-
visa application or expiration; or
-
admission to another course that requires evidence of successful course completion.

Requests for Early Release of Results must be lodged by the end of Week 10 and be submitted via the official online application form. Information or late applications will not be accepted.

an Early Release of Results application has been approved;
-
the Board of Examiners have approved final results and grades;
-
final administrative processes have been completed;
-
fees have been paid in full; and
-
a Unique Student Identifier (USI) recorded in the student's Student Portal.

Remember - Completion letters can only be generated and issued after the Academic Board has approved course completion.
