Domestic Online Student Enrolment and Support Information

Online Enrolment Information

Trimester 2, 2026 Enrolment Dates:

Opens: from 10am AEST* Wednesday 6 May 2026

Closes: 5pm AEST* on Friday 5 June 2026

*Australian Eastern Standard Time

Please carefully read through the below information, upon the opening of enrolment view the CHS Enrolment Guide then log into your Student Portal, update your contact details, and process your enrolment online.

The online units are available to you are also available to students who study at CHS's Sydney and Brisbane campuses. At any time during the enrolment period, if you find that you aren't able to enrol due to seat availability, please contact Student Services.

Trimester 1, 2026 Result Release Date

Results for Trimester 1, 2026 are due for release on 29 May 2026. Student Services will be send an email as soon as results have been approved and published.  

 

Student Services will begin creating completion documentation for completing students after this date. Completion documentation will be prioritised in order of visa expiry dates. Completion documentation cannot be issued to graduands who have outstanding fees, library items on loan or have not applied for or recorded their Unique Student Identifier in their Student Portal. 

 

Completing students do not need to lodge a request or a student enquiry for completion documents.

Key Dates for Trimester 2, 2026

Online Enrolment

Students are required to process their enrolment each study period via their Student Portal before the close of enrolment. Click below to see the CHS Enrolment Guide that will assist you to enrol into your units.

The guide provides an example of a student who is enrolling into 3 units. Your Student Portal requires you to enrol into the minimum number of units that is shown at the top of the Online Class Enrolment screen. 

 

If your preference is to enrol into fewer units, please enrol into the required minimum number of units and you will have opportunity to request to reduce the number of units by lodging a Reduced Study Load application.

Username: Your student ID number

New Student Default Password: Your birthdate in this format: DDMMYYYY 

(e.g. 9 February 1999 would be 09021999, no forward slashes, enter 0 before a single digit day and/or month), or as you may have reset

Continuing Student Password: as you have set

Enrolment Support

Should you face any issues or are unable to enrol please visit campus to see Student Services or lodge an enquiry for enrolment support.

 

Students are also more than welcome to visit Student Services on campus or call Tel: 1300 219 159 between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Update your contact details

When you enrol, please check and update your contact telephone number/s and emergency contact details the first time you log into your Student Portal. 

Reduced or Increased Study Load Applications for Trimester 2, 2026

The Student Portal requires students to enrol in a full-time load, students may then apply to reduce or increase their study loads via lodging an online application for a Reduced Study Load and Overload.

 

Applications for a Reduced or Increased Study Load will open after results for Trimester 1, 2026 have been released, and will be accessible via the Student Hub Forms library/page.

 

Applications to Increase your study load close:

5pm AEST on Friday 5 June 2026 - students should apply by 29 May 2026 to allow time for Course Coordinator approval.

  

Applications to Reduce your study load close:

5pm AEST on Friday 19 June 2026.

Fee Payment Dates

To assist students who elect not to use FEE-HELP and decide to make payment to CHS upfront, you have the option to make full payment of you tuition fees by Week 1 of any study period or pay in 4 instalments of 25% each.

Please note when you process your online enrolment, the Student Portal will automatically create a fee invoice. Please note that invoices will be reviewed and updated.

Fee Due Dates for Trimester 2, 2026:
 

FEE-HELP

FEE-HELP is a Commonwealth Government loan available to eligible students enrolled in CHS courses to help pay all or part of their tuition fees. FEE-HELP is available for all Units of Study for eligible students.

Please let Student Services know by lodging an enquiry before 29 May 2026, if you:

  • ​have been making upfront payment and now wish to use FEE-HELP, or

  • have been using FEE-HELP and want to make payment directly to CHS

Award of Credit / Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

For new students commencing their CHS studies

If you have completed previous studies, or have relevant professional work experience you may be eligible for credit towards your course. Applications for Credit and required supporting evidence must be lodged through the online application form no less than ten (10) working days before the census date of a student’s first study period at CHS. This is to allow time for the application to be assessed and any enrolment variations to be completed before the census date. For more information refer to the CHS Award of Credit Policy.

Please Note: Students who have been awarded credit must accept the credit via their Letter of Offer. If a student has already accepted one offer, they will be issued a new offer which includes any relevant credit/RPL.

 

Students who have received Conditional RPL’s must submit official transcripts relating to the unit/s no later than 3 working days before census date of the students first study period for this credit to be applied as well as confirming acceptance of the credit outcome.

Your CHS Online Accounts

Students are provided with three (3) online accounts; the Student Portal; Office365 and CHS's Online Learning System (OLS) Canvas for the duration of their studies. The My Online Accounts Student Hub page provides an introduction to each of your Accounts and Login Information.
